Can I cancel my storage plan?
Yes, you can cancel and have all your items returned to you. However, we do not refund or pro rate and we charge a $50 out-of-season delivery fee.
The intent of Bye Bye Holiday is to be a long-term storage solution for your holiday items. This storage model is not to be intended as a full-service where items are readily available at any time and our prices are much lower compared to full-service storage providers.
I have an oversized item. Can you store and it how much would it cost?
Sure, we can certainly entertain storing large items like a 20 ft Santa Clause. Let us know what you need help with and we can provide a custom quote.
Is there a minimum term length or how long is my storage good for?
There is a 6 month minimum term length and you are billed monthly. Billing starts on the day of pickup.
PACKING/PICKUP & DELIVERY
What am I restricted from storing?
Food items, hazardous materials, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, weapons and ammunition. If you have to stop and think about it, then it’s probably best to keep at home.
Can I pack fragile items?
Absolutely and we hope you trust us with them. That said, if there is something you cannot live without, then we recommend keeping that in your safe keeping. We give that same advice to ourselves.
Do you offer packing services?
We do not. We’ll leave that magical adventure for you to do.
Do you document all my items inside the storage bin?
We do not as it just isn’t feasible in our storage model. We do request to take a picture of the box/bin open for our safety and insurance purposes.
Are my belongings safe?
Yes. They are stored locally to your area in a secure climate-controlled unit with holiday items from other customers.
I’m a business. Can you help me?
Absolutely! Our servies support residences and businesses. Some times businesses have unique needs, so please contact us with any questions.
What holidays do you have storage plans for?
The current holidays that we support are Easter, Memorial Day/July 4th, Halloween, and Christmas.
